For the price it is a nice piece but it is rather lightweight and the glass top is thin. Because of the light weight of the legs, they arrived bent - my husband was able to straighten out all but one of them - I am trying to ignore that one bent one but my eye is continually drawn to it. The style is classic and understated and it works well as a transitional coffee table. I have a pair of Pottery Barn end tables that are very similar in style but they don't make a corresponding coffee table so I went with this one - the PB tables are much heavier, sturdier and have thicker glass tops but for now, I think the look is generally similar enough to work..
